!3124 [OLK-6.6] Add support for Zhaoxin HDAC and codec

Include:
1. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin SB HDAC
2. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin NB HDAC
3. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin NB HDAC codec
