Add the new PCI ID 0x1d17 & 0x1106 Zhaoxin controller support

Include:
1. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin SB HDAC
2. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin NB HDAC
3. ALSA: hda: Add support of Zhaoxin NB HDAC codec
