[gdb/testsuite] Fix gdb.guile/scm-symbol.exp for remote host

Fix test-case gdb.guile/scm-symbol.exp for remote host by making a regexp less
strict.

Likewise in gdb.guile/scm-symtab.exp.

Tested on x86_64-linux.
