Revert "Swap test files for mediapipe"

This reverts commit 675bbf87.

Reason for revert: consistent failures in mediapipe_passthrough_tests
and mediapipe_validating_tests on multiple platforms.
See https://crbug.com/1246978 which all similar issues on various
platforms are merged into.
