Swap test files for mediapipe

The tests included in the new sha1 hash have a longer timeout
than previously, which should solve flakiness problems on
platforms we care about.

I'm skipping tests for platforms that MediaPipe and Meet both
do not care about. This takes care of flakiness reported elsewhere.
