samples/bpf: add .gitignore file

For untracked executables of samples/bpf, add this.

  Untracked files:
    (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)

  	samples/bpf/cpustat
  	samples/bpf/fds_example
  	samples/bpf/lathist
  	samples/bpf/load_sock_ops
	...
