arm64: dts: ti: k3-j721e-evm-virt-mac-client: Add Serdes Lane mapping

The Serdes 0 instance of Serdes is used by EthFw, which expects CPSW9G's
QSGMII 2 port to be connected to Serdes 0 Lane 1. To prevent Linux from
modifying this mapping, update the serdes_ln_ctrl node to match the
configuration expected by EthFw.
