drivers: mmc: host: sdhci_am654: update OTAP and ITAP delay

Linux fails to detect class U1 UHS SD cards (such as microcenter brand)
due to incorrect OTAP and ITAP delay select values. Update OTAP and
ITAP delay select values and masks based on recommended RIOT values.
