staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_BtInfoNotify()

Remove function rtw_btcoex_BtInfoNotify as it does nothing except call
hal_btcoex_BtInfoNotify.
Modify call sites accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
