BCM2835-V4L2: Fix compliance test failures 

VIDIOC_TRY_FMT and VIDIOC_S_FMT tests were faling due
to reporting V4L2_COLORSPACE_JPEG when the colour
format wasn't V4L2_PIX_FMT_JPEG.
Now reports V4L2_COLORSPACE_SMPTE170M for YUV formats.
