staging: ks7010: reformat makro ps_confirm_wait_inc()

Reformat the makro ps_confirm_wait_inc() to fix several checkpatch
errors and warnings:
  - ERROR: space required before the open brace '{'
  - ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
  - ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
  - ERROR: space required after that close brace '}'
  - ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
  - WARNING: line over 80 characters
  - WARNING: please, no spaces at the start of a line
