Add STATX_ATTR_VERITY from Linux 5.5 to bits/statx-generic.h.

This patch adds the new STATX_ATTR_VERITY macro from Linux 5.5 to
glibc's bits/statx-generic.h.  (This only does anything if glibc is
being used with old kernel headers.)

Tested for x86_64.
