hurd: Update struct statfs according to struct statvfs

	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/bits/statfs.h (struct statfs): Make f_bsize,
	f_namemax, f_frsize, and f_flag fields unsigned long int instead of
	unsigned int.
	(struct statfs64): Likewise.
