Enable Silvermont optimizations for Knights Landing 

Knights Landing processor is based on Silvermont.  This patch enables
Silvermont optimizations for Knights Landing.

	* sysdeps/x86/cpu-features.c (init_cpu_features): Enable
	Silvermont optimizations for Knights Landing.
