Hide internal __fopen_maybe_mmap function [BZ #18822] 

Hide internal __fopen_maybe_mmap function to allow direct access within
libc.so and libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	* libio/iolibio.h (__fopen_maybe_mmap): Add attribute_hidden.
