powerpc:GCC(<10) doesn't allow -mlong-double-64 after -mabi=ieeelongdouble 

Removed -mabi=ieeelongdouble on failing tests. It resolves the error.
error: ‘-mabi=ieeelongdouble’ requires ‘-mlong-double-128’
