PR binutils/19935 

	Fix long-standing buglet and fallout from now-default initfini-array.
	* emulparams/criself.sh (USER_LABEL_PREFIX): Define.
	(OTHER_READONLY_SECTIONS, ENTRY): Delete now-redunant defines.
