	frame_unwind_id_ftype.
	(frame_prev_register_ftype): Rename frame_unwind_reg_ftype.
	(struct frame_unwind): Update.  Rename "id" to "this_id", and
	"reg" to "prev_register".
	* frame.c (get_prev_frame): Update.  Rename parameter next_frame
	to this frame.
	(frame_register_unwind): Update.
