mkosi: configure mkosi.cache/ and mkosi.builddir/ explicitly

This way these dirs will be created automatically if they are missing,
thus always guaranteeing optimal speedy behaviour.

(Well at least, after https://github.com/systemd/mkosi/pull/181 is
merged)
