meson: also try to search gnu-efi based on EFI_MACHINE_TYPE_NAME (#8900) 

On Fedora rawhide, since gnu-efi-3.0.8-3.fc29, many file paths are
changed to use `EFI_MACHINE_TYPE_NAME` instead of `gnu_efi_arch`.

Fixes #8896.
