Revert "resolved: Fix incorrect use of OpenSSL BUF_MEM"

This reverts commit 18bddeaa.

Revert this because it does not take the OpenSSL internal read pointer
into considoration. Resulting in padding in packetdata and therefore
broken SSL connections.
