Replace existing vt6655_probe with one converted to mac80211
with the following operations

vnt_bss_info_changed
vnt_prepare_multicast
vnt_configure
vnt_set_key
vnt_get_tsf
vnt_set_tsf
vnt_reset_tsf

The following variables are also added.

mc_list_count
mac_hw
