staging: r8188eu: rename ODM_PhyStatusQuery_92CSeries()

ODM_PhyStatusQuery() is just a wrapper around
ODM_PhyStatusQuery_92CSeries().

Rename ODM_PhyStatusQuery_92CSeries to ODM_PhyStatusQuery()
and remove the wrapper.
