drm: bridge: for GENERIC_PHY_MIPI_DPHY also select GENERIC_PHY

Three DRM bridge drivers select GENERIC_PHY_MIPI_DPHY when GENERIC_PHY
might not be set.  This causes Kconfig warnings and a build error.
