staging: rtl8192e: Rename PHYRegDef, CurrentChannelBW and CustomerID

Rename variable PHYRegDef to phy_reg_def, CurrentChannelBW to
current_chnl_bw and CustomerID to customer_id to avoid CamelCase which is
not accepted by checkpatch.
