ARM: dts: Add dtparams to disable PCIe, HDMI, and SD card/eMMC 



Under certain situations, it is desired to disable some unused devices.
This patch introduces three parameters allowing disabling PCIe, HDMI, and SD
card (or eMMC on CM4).
