[PATCH] .gitignore: add miscellaneous files

Prevent git from reporting this useless status:

	On branch refs/heads/master
	Untracked files:
	  (use "git add" to add to commit)

	      TAGS
	      scripts/kconfig/lkc_defs.h
	      scripts/kconfig/qconf.moc
	nothing to commit
