configs: Add NVME_HWMON=y to the Pi 5 kernels

Enabling NVME_HWMON gives access to the temperature of an NVME drive,
something which could be useful on a Pi 5. Enable the option in the
arm64 configs bcm2712_defconfig and bcm2711_defconfig.
