drm/panel: simple: Add AUO B133HTN01 panel support

The AUO B133HTN01 is a 13.6" FHD TFT LCD panel connecting to an eDP
interface and with an integrated LED backlight unit.

This panel is used on the Samsung Chromebook 2 (XE503C32).
