configs: Add CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION to Pi configs 



To allow for console rotation under DRM (where the firmware
can't lie about geometry), add FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION
so that the kernel can do it.
