drm/i915: pass dev_priv explicitly to HSW_TVIDEO_DIP_SPD_DATA

Avoid the implicit dev_priv local variable use, and pass dev_priv
explicitly to the HSW_TVIDEO_DIP_SPD_DATA register macro.
