configs: Add imx477 sensor driver to all Raspberry Pi defconfigs

This commit enables the imx477 sensor driver in the following
defconfigs:

bcm2709_defconfig
bcm2711_defconfig
bcmrpi_defconfig
bcmrpi3_defconfig
