Add Feature job in CircleCI

We moved the feature tests from `rspec` job to `feature` job.
In the new job (feature) we run 3 containers:

- container 0: Current feature tests.
- container 1: Beta features tests.
- container 2: Beta feature tests for small viewports (mobile).
