[lldb] [test] Skip Expr/nodefaultlib.cpp test if LD_PRELOAD Is used

Some LD_PRELOAD-ed libraries tend to interact badly with --nodefaultlib,
particularly Gentoo sandbox.  Do not run this test if LD_PRELOAD is
present in the running environment.
