[Quick Delete] Show a snackbar post CBD deletion

This change displays a snackbar with a time period and deletion
confirmation message after clicking on "Clear data" from the CBD dialog.

Since the CBD activity is destroyed after clicking on "Clear data",
this snackbar should attach to the previous activity that initiated CBD.
