[views_ax] Migrated more files from OverrideRole to SetRole

This CL migrates more files to use the new accessible attribute
setters in ViewAccessibility rather than the Override methods.

This is a continuation of CL:5288121 which is part of a project
to transition the querying of accessible data from a "pull" system
to a "push" system
