Try to calculate did_create_new_entry, transition, history_list_was_cleared in the browser

Now that we have a reliable value for should_replace_current_entry,
we can calculate did_create_new_entry, transition, and
history_list_was_cleared in the browser.

This CL calculates these params using values known by the browser, and
compares them against the actual value from DidCommitParams on debug
builds or when it's enabled via Finch.
