feedback: Add Jelly colors to logs info popup

The assistant logs info popup and bluetooth logs info popup look the
same. They simply display a message.

- Rename assistant-logs-info.css to logs_info.css and reuse it for
  bluetooth logs info.
- Increase the height of the bluetooth logs info popup since it has
  more text.
- Add a shared script to handle Jelly colors change event.
