[CrOS Login] Speculatively enable UseAuthsessionAuthentication feature

This CL speculatively enables usage of new API between chrome and
cryptohome during login on ChromeOS to determine which auto/tast
tests need to be updated.

Tests might fail if they use fake GAIA and use empty password for
the user - this case is explicitly forbidden by new implementation.

Even if tests don't fail, this CL would be reverted in 24 hours.
