Add human-readable title in global media control

Title in Global Media Control for extensions was shown in unreadable
form (e.x. chrome-extension://obkhapbfhkfgajoojjdapgplnfamlnaf).
This is not positive for user.
This CL is change that title for human-readable, extension name
instead.
