When flush_dcache_page is called, we needn't alaways flush the dcache.
Instead, we could set page->flag and flush them in update_mmu_cache().

videobuf2-dma-contig.c use dma_alloc get uncached direct-addr, and use
it to mmap for user-space.

The mmap use __pa(x) couldn't convert uncached direct-addr to phy-addr.

From man gcc, -ffreestanding:

Assert that compilation targets a freestanding environment.
This implies -fno-builtin.  A freestanding environment is
one in which the standard library may not exist, and program
startup may not necessarily be at "main".  The most
obvious example is an OS kernel.  This is equivalent to
-fno-hosted.

ck6xx cannot fetch/store information which is naturally aligned on the
bus, i.e., a 4 byte fetch must start at an address divisible by 4. These
non-aligned fetch/store instructions will be emulated in software.
