Merge branches 'clk-cleanup', 'clk-renesas', 'clk-socfpga', 'clk-allwinner' and 'clk-qcom' into clk-next

 - Use clk_hw pointers in socfpga driver
 - Cleanup parent data in qcom clk drivers
