Pull more MM updates from Andrew Morton:

 - Some DAMON cleanups from Kefeng Wang

 - Some KSM work from David Hildenbrand, to make the PR_SET_MEMORY_MERGE
   ioctl's behavior more similar to KSM's behavior.
