pinctrl: tigerlake: Add Alder Lake-P ACPI ID

Intel Alder Lake-P PCH has the same GPIO hardware than Tiger Lake-LP
PCH but the ACPI ID is different. Add this new ACPI ID to the list of
supported devices.
