firmware: stratix10-svc: remove the code of adding intel-fcs device

Refer to sdk commit dcd92725a9dd("HSD #15010184463: crypto:
intel_fcs: Fix the inability to probe driver on S10 DTSI"), there has
been a fcs device node in dts file, so it doesn't need to add fcs device
in stratix10-svc driver again manually.
Therefore, remove the part of code to avoid reporting resource busy
issue.
