crypto/cryptd: fix leftover hunks from 2a30446f

When merging:

2a30446f crypto: cryptd - Protect per-CPU resource by disabling BH.

I missed deleting two hunks, one of which declared a spinlock and the
other initialized that spinlock (which was then never used). Clean
this up.
