Revert "irqchip/gic-v3-its: Balance initial LPI affinity across CPUs"
commit ae9f41b6405f01df397c5591cfdb2d2d77a060a8 from git@git.assembla.com:cavium/WindRiver.linux.git While mapping the LPI interrupt, ITS driver picks the first possible affinity, which is in most cases CPU0. Since most of the irqs are binded cpu0. The original patch distribute the irq across online cpus. But this might break the task isolation feature. Hence reverting the patch. This reverts commit c5d6082d.
