defconfigs: drop obselete options

Remove the following options from the various defconfigs, since
they are no longer valid, and will be reported as such by the
tools:

  CONFIG_TYPEC_HD3SS3220
  CONFIG_MFD_CROS_EC_CHARDEV
  CONFIG_MTD_M25P80
