HSD #18011523007: crypto: intel_fcs: additional updates for SDOS support

Add handles for encryption/decryption service status. Allocate the maximum
SDOS buffer size, check minimum and maximum SDOS buffer size. Correct the
incorrect return encryption/decryption buffer size.
