net/mlx5e: ethtool, Fix a typo in WOL function names

Fix a typo in 'mlx5e_refomrat_wol_mode_mlx5_to_linux' and
'mlx5e_refomrat_wol_mode_linux_to_mlx5' function names:
"refomrat" -> "reformat".
